Measuring lab is air-conditioned to reduce influence of outer environment (temperature).
We are equipped with standard guages:
• 3D measuring machine Mitutoyo QM333
• profile projector
• micrometers
• callipers
• scales
• ...
and with 3D CNC measuring machine WENZEL LH87 (since February 2014)
• we can scan the parts with touch probe
• we can compare real part with 3D model• we can scan the parts with laser and find out the deviations from the 3D model
All gauges are periodically calibrated in/by accredited laboratory.
For high-complex plastic parts or in-process control we are offering production of measuring tools, which are simple to use and can be used often during production.
We are using statistical regulation of process, measuring of capability - in process and for PPAP as well.
In cooperation we can provide many different test:
• test of combustibility
• test of burn-emissions
• different tests in climatic chamber
• test of color fastness
• ...
For assemblies and products we can provide different speficic measurements - for example: electrical variables (high voltage test,...), measurement of leakage,...
