We are offering production of plastic parts in our modern injection moulding factory. We produce parts for many different industrial sectors - automotive, electronics, consumer goods, medicine,.... Currently we have 20 injection machines almost from Arburg and Engel. We are also equipped machine for two-component injection molding.


We specialize in:

manufacture of plastic parts:
  • production plant – 3.500 m 2
  • 3-shift operation (24 hours a day, 5 days a week)
  • operated by Helios Orange information system
  • supported by automation for better process stability
      - large machines equipped with linear robots
      - smaller machines equipped mainly with pickers
      - conveyor belts, runner separators
  • PIOVAN central drying and material transport system
  • with smaller machines of the local dryer directly on the machines
  • certified according to ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001


furthermore we offer:

• assistance with the product development, such as optimization for injection technology – wall thickness, ribs, etc.
• conducting studies of mould filling – the mould-flow analysis
• ensuring manufacture of tools
• sampling – PPAP or EMPB
• manufacture including maintenance and repairs during the mould life cycle
• carrying out modifications to the moulds and products according to your requirements


parameters of moulds and products:

• the maximum mould size: 920 mm

• the maximum product weight: approx. 1500 g

• the maximum clamping force: 5000 kN


processed materials:
  we can process majority of the thermoplastic materials
  first of all: PA 6.6, PU, ABS, PP, PE, POM, PC, PC-ABS, etc.
  of course it is also possible to process composite materials filled with glass fibre (GF), glass beads (GK), talc, carbon fibres, etc.
  since we cooperate with customers from different sectors, we use materials from various manufacturers (mostly European)

  besides these "standard" materials, we have experience with high-end materials:

     PPA GF45 - polyphtalamid with 45% glas fibres - high heat resistance (up to 310°C/590°F), high strenght and higher chemical resistance than normal PA
  PBT GF20 + 10% long stainless-steel fibres - material is conductive and is used for shielding against EMI  


mould maintenance is supported by our own maintenance area

  Minor repairs of moulds are carried out almost immediately. In cooperation with our partners (approx. 25 km from our company), we also provide laser welding of e.g. worn-out parting lines, moulds or gates. The mould can be processed by machining using the following equipment:

• CNC milling cutter

• lathe

• surface grinding machine

• round grinding machine

• EDM machine

• drills, band saw, etc.

Since 2015 we are able to make complex repairs and modifications in our new toolshop.
